I’m Nichole Hyland, a Broker/REALTOR® with Nestlewood Realty here in Charlotte. Honesty and clarity matter to me, especially when people are making one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, and I believe real estate doesn’t have to feel intimidating to be done well.
I grew up in Franklin, North Carolina, shaped by independence and drive. I earned a degree in Communication with a focus on broadcasting and a minor in business law, and before real estate I built and ran my own business as a CrossFit coach and personal trainer. That taught me how to hustle. There was never a ceiling; the harder I worked, the more opportunities I could create.
I came to real estate in 2019, and the transition felt natural. Both careers are about helping people reach goals they once thought were out of reach. I take real pride in teaching clients about the power of homeownership, and helping them start building generational wealth, so that buying or selling feels less like a transaction and more like a good decision, well made.

Outside of real estate, life is full. Nichole and her husband Charlie have been married fifteen years and are raising four children, along with Roo, their German Shorthaired Pointer.
The family is almost always outdoors, hiking, biking, swimming, and wake surfing, with the U.S. National Whitewater Center a regular stop and trips to Sullivan’s Island and Charleston a favorite tradition. When she’s home, you’ll find her on the tennis court or in the garden, a self-described jack of all trades who is “super handy, extremely creative, with an unwavering determination to figure things out.”
